Click here for Journalists' Tools. The Spartan Echo newsroom is located in room 344 of the student center on the main campus of Norfolk State University. Staff meetings are every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 during the academic year. Students from any major (undergraduate and graduate) serve as volunteer staff and are encouraged to attend the staff meetings. Editors are selected by the Norfolk State University Student Publication Board to serve each academic semester and often receive scholarships as part of their service.
